<p>Same results here with Win 10 Pro (pre anniversary version, can
try with that update later.)</p>
<p>wt dev shows up as a background process in a cpu loop.</p>

wt_dev.exe.</p>

If it hangs, use the Windows Task Manager to end it.</p>
