<div dir="ltr">J77HQ and J87HQ have been in the latest .dtb file for a long time, so your copy of Win-Test is probably reading the wrong .DTB file. This usually happens if you neglect to change the Win-Test shortcut Properties, under the Compatibility tab, to <b>Run this program as an Administrator</b>. In that case, Win-Test looks in a different virtual folder for the itu.dtb file. <div><br></div><div>Even though selecting <b>File | Explore | / databases directory</b> in the Win-Test menu shows that the itu.dtb file is there, Win-Test will not use it unless Win-Test is configured to run as an Administrator. Being logged in with an Administrator ID is usually <i>not</i> sufficient.<div><br></div><div>Also, make sure the file is named itu.dtb, not itu.dtb.dtb. Windows hides the last part of the file name (the "extension") by default. Step-by-step instructions for fixing Windows so that you can see the full file name in the Windows Explorer may be found <a href="http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/Check_Partial_and_Np1_Files#Viewing_hidden_files_and_folders">here</a>.</div><div><br></div><div>Check the file dates inside the Zip file too. They should match the file dates in your /databases directory.
