WinZip and other programs have options to suppress subdirectory creation. Make sure those options are <i>not</i> selected.</li><li>Did you <b>right click</b> on the <b>Windows Command Prompt</b> icon and select <b>Run this program as an administrator</b> first, then navigate to the temporaray directory with the CD command, then type <b>install-interception /install</b>?
