<p dir="ltr">Correct, in this case, it's the questionable Prolific USB-to-serial adapter, not the firmware.</p>
<p dir="ltr">But, please try checking the serial port configuration in Win-Test to see if you can fix it. Change DTR and/or RTS to "Always On" and let us know if that makes the problem go away.</p>
