<div dir="ltr">When you ran the install program to install WT 4.17, did you right click on the program and select "Run as Administrator"?  If not, Win-Test may be looking in the wrong directory for configuration files.  You should also mark the Win-Test Icon as "Run as Administrator".  Right click, Properties, Compatibility tab, then check "Run this program as an administrator".<div><br></div><div>What radio type are you using?  COM port properties have to be correctly defined under Options | Interface configuration.</div><div><br></div><div class="gmail_extra"><div><div class="gmail_signature">73,<div>Bob, N6TV</div></div></div>
