8/10 PC are factory set so that to send CQ from Win-Test needs two
keys to be pressed, a <fn> + <function key F1>.</FONT></DIV>

a set-up called "action keys mode" which has a parameter "mode"
with two alternative values. The value of the parameter is set in factory
as "abled". It has to be changed to "disabled". Now function keys are
prioritized in the way Win-Test users like, and just one hit of the funtion key
is needed and cheerful CQ contest goes out.</FONT></DIV>

monitor sound of Windows 10 is not ok, but having configured the interface
port right Win-Test sends good CW to the transceiver, K3 in my
