I had completely overlooked the <strong>very convenient feature</strong> that turns the operator's name (or "Nickname") into a text command shortcut. This means <strong>you do not have to type OPON to switch ops</strong>. Just type "Tonno" [Enter], "Bob" [Enter], etc. to Switch ops.</p>
