for the past several months after replacing one of the computers.</FONT></DIV>

playing.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Computer is a relatively new XP
system.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Box in "configure interfaces" is checked.
Tried un-checking and vice-versa. Restarted WinTest. Restarted
computer. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Went into the settings on the computer and tried
various selections.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>If the INPUT MONITOR is muted in Windows the mic is
muted when the voice keyer is playing. However, this also kills the
mic for everything else. The voice keyer still plays the recorded message
in this case.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>If the INPUT MONITOR is not muted the mic is "hot"
all the time....also while an F-Message is being transmitted.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>The computer only has two ports on the sound
card. Blue and red (LINE IN and MIC) are consolidated into this one
port.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Does anyone know a solution to this
problem?</FONT></DIV>

the LINE IN and MIC are combined into one port?</FONT></DIV>
