<html><body><div style="color:#000; background-color:#fff; font-family:HelveticaNeue, Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, Lucida Grande, sans-serif;font-size:12pt"><div class="" style="">Let me backtrack so you see where I am coming from</div><div class="" style="">I purchased Win-Test in Dec 2013, registered the program with</div><div class="" style="">no problem. I used the program for the ARRL DX contest and it worked great</div><div class="" style="">(long tine CT user). Al that time the OS on my computer was XP Pro.</div><div class="" style="">In the first weekend of April I upgraded my computer to Win 7 home premium.</div><div class="" style="">Before upgrading I did a disk to disk backup of my computer and installed a larger hard drive.</div><div class="" style="">After installing Win 7 the disk to disk backup did not work so I copied </div><div class="" style="">most of it to the new hard drive and reinstalled lots of programs -
Win-Test was copied </div><div class="" style="">across. When I tried to run Win-Test it would not run as a registered copy.</div><div class="" style="">When I went to reregister the program the computer number was </div><div class="" style="">051-7774-276102 but the original registration infoemation said it should</div><div class="" style="">be 450-7337-12004. I have tried to register with the wrong computer number and</div><div class="" style="">it does not work. Sent email to Larry F5MZN and he told me to download new </div><div class="" style="">registrable copy and then go to list if I still had problems. I could not find the program in the list of</div><div class="" style="">installed programs so I deleted the entire file and downloaded the current version .</div><div class="" style="">I then tried to register the program but the wrong computer number is still there - I used </div><div class=""
style="">registration key I received when I purchased the program and since I cannot change the</div><div class="" style="">computer serial number back to original computer number it will not register.</div><div class="" style="">Where must be a file somewhere that I did not delete that has the wrong computer</div><div class="" style="">number in it. </div><div class="" style="">I now see Win-Test in the list of installed programs. I used the original login and password</div><div class="" style="">When I downloaded this copy of the program</div><div class="" style=""><br class="" style=""></div><div style="background-color: transparent" class="">Where do I go from here?</div><div style="background-color: transparent" class="">For info I am customer 5417 W9NWY</div><div style="background-color: transparent" class=""><br class="" style=""></div><div style="background-color: transparent" class="">Dave Boland W9NWY</div><div
