Unfortunately, 2Tone doesn't generate any PTT signal, so it doesn't work with Win-Test unless you press the footswitch or try to use VOX and AFSK. Win-Test doesn't generate PTT when you are in RTTY mode; it relies on the other program to do that. If you use VOX and SO2R, I'm not sure but I think 2Tone may end up transmitting on two radios at once. I didn't see how to steer the 2Tone audio <i>output</i> Left = Left Rig, Right = Right rig.</div>
<div><br></div><div>The 2Tone AFSK output sounds good in PC speakers, but for some reason it didn't sound so good when I set the sound card to "USB Voice Codec" and tried to use LINE IN on the K3 in AFSK mode. Maybe it has something to do with level adjustments.</div>
<div><br></div><div>I was also disappointed that I couldn't set the AFSK pitch lower, to 915 Hz.</div><div><br></div><div>That's as far as I got.</div><div><br></div><div>Most people don't use Win-Test on RTTY except for casual contesting, in which case MMTTY and FSK works fine.</div>
