We are having problems setting up 2 networked laptop computers with wintest 4.10.<br>

Only one signal can be on the air at a time, whether the "mult" station is working a multiplier or not. Also, there is no multi-2 category.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Therefore, there is no requirement to have a "Transmitter No." indication in the last column of the Cabrillo file. The QSO time and band is sufficient to determine violations of the 10-minute QSY rule.</div>
