Why is it that other contest software writers can implement new contest templates in a few days yet in Wintest it never seems to happen<BR>

Why not let interested 3rd parties write the template files for Wintest if the author does not have the time.<BR>

I notice that Wintest is quick to take payment and issues the software but bug fixes and additional contest templates are not forthcoming<BR>
<BR>
This software could be the best if only a little more was put in.<BR>
