section has been divided into four new sections.  Has WT been updated to 

reflect this change?  Where do I go to download the new file or updated 

version?  I have spent a lot of time searching the manual and the Wiki and 

looking around on the website, but I can't find anything about how these (or 

other) changes are made or where we go to find new updates.</FONT></DIV>
