The latest cty_obl I can find is v1.7 2011.03.16.00.<div><br></div><div>I see on the RDXC site <a href="http://www.rdxc.org/asp/pages/news.asp">http://www.rdxc.org/asp/pages/news.asp</a> that there have been some changes to the Russian regions recently. Will a new version of cty_obl be released or should we attempt our own edits?</div>
