Hi Bob.
Thanks for the information.

Now Omnirig is configured as follows:
Rig Tipe: FT100D
Port: Com4
Baud Rate: 4800
Data Bits: 8
Parity: None
Stop bits: 2
RTS: Low
DTR: Low
Poll int: 500
Timeout: 4000

Wintest interface configuration:
Radio: Omnirig
Comport: unchecked

FT100D now send all information to Wintest, so the problem is solved in part.

But Wintest doesn't key the transceiver nor it sends cw messages... what am I missing?

Thanks for your help.
Tony EA5BY

2011/6/3 Bob Wilson, N6TV <n6tv@arrl.net>

means a change of freq in the bandmap window only, not the radio,

Apparently the FT-100D CAT control does not work as documented, so lots of software doesn't work right with it.

You could try installing Omni-Rig by VE3NEA, including the latest INI file updates, then change the Radio type in Win-Test Interface Configuration from FT-100 to OmniRig (and you must uncheck the COM port since OmniRig will use it).

Please let us know if using OmniRig fixes the problem.

Finally, if you are using a USB-to-Serial adapter instead of a real serial port, make sure to use one based on the FTDI chipset rather than anything based the Prolific chipset.
