[WT-support] Generally DARC District Contest - HF/VHF

Dear Laurent,

a lot of improvements where done in the last time. Thank you very much 
about this.
My wish for this year is a generally logging possibility for DARC 
District Contests.
There are many, each with their own rules.
Normally, each contest manager creates their own summary of the claimed 
logs.
So, a summary calculation is not necessary, only the normal log output 
possibly with sum is zero.

For short wave, copy / paste the “DARC 10m Contest” and open it for all 
bands and modulations for the future.

There are also activates on VHF/UHF on this District Contests.
The same as the DARC 10m CT, but here is an additional entry field for 
Locator necessary.
A Locator calculation would be fine for information.
But here also, an end calculation is not necessary, only the output 
possibilities as cabrillo etc. formats.
