Rifat,

it is only impossible to log a QSO when the call contains no numbers, or the exchange field is empty. If you enter a I for the 1 or an O for the 0 this happens.
There might be also something wrong in the 599 fields. ALT-W and entering the QSO again solves the problem.

If you have problems with the call 3X2021, you upgrade Win-Test to version 4.40. I works for me during the weekend.
