[WT-support] Bug when importing a Cabrillo file in 4.38.0

Hi

Alain F5LIW reported me a bug when importing a Cabrillo file in 4.38.0. 
The created wt4 file is corrupted and can't be read by 4.38.0 (it can 
read by the previous version).

A fix is underway.
