[WT-support] Problems with Miroham MKII WK and WT

The full reinstall was probably unnecessary.

In microHAM Router version 8 they unfortunately removed 1st Dit Extension
and Keying Compensation from the WinKey tab. It is now called "R/T delay"
and it's on the PTT tab, which is unfortunate.

Here's what microHAM Support wrote to me after I asked them about it, over
3 years ago:

So if you had set R/T delay to 0, while using semi-break-in, the problem
would disappear. Use PTT Lead to set TX DLY instead of R/T delay, which is
quite poorly documented.
