[WT-support] Contest-Recorder Win-Test

Run *mmsys.cpl* and make sure the microHAM devices are not being used as
the Windows default for Playback and Recording (you do NOT want the green
checkmark on the microHAM devices, if possible; they should be your
built-in PC sound card).

Also make sure your Privacy settings have not been changed (by a Windows
update)?

With no applications like Win-Test running:

   1.

   Right click on Window logo, lower left corner
   2.

   Select Settings
   3.

   Click on Privacy
   4.

   Click on Microphone

Turn on the Allow apps to access your microphone toggle switch.
