[WT-support] Contest recorder settings

Rifat,

it records whatever the radio outputs on the RX audio port during transmit. Some radios, like the Elecraft K3, output the monitor signal, other radios, like my old Kenwood TS-850 output nothing so the RX channel is silent during transmit.
