[WT-support] CQ-M Scoring

Hi

The CQ-M scoring has silently been modified

It makes a difference for intra-entity points that are the same as 
working the same continent (2 pts instead of 1), and EU and AS are now 
considered as a single continent (Eurasia).

I just build a dev version (build #831) that takes this new scoring into 
account.
