[WT-support] Modification of the Italian Provinces list

Hi all

If you took part in the ARI DX contest this week-end, you probably 
noticed that the provinces list has been slightly modified since the 
last update of this contest in Win-Test. Several provinces abbreviations 
are no longer in use, while others has appeared.

I released a dev version - build 829 - in the nightly builds repository 
that takes these modificattions into account, so your log should be flag 
mults as "?" anymore, and your score will be correctly computed.
