In wtTunnel, the "hostname or IP address" field must contain the 
(public) IP address or the (public) host name of the machine on which 
wtTunnelSrv is running.

If you don't have a domain name attached to it, you will have to use the 
public IP address, but be aware that many Internet providers assign 
dynamic IPs (which means it can change over time).
