[WT-support] MP3 CONFIG WITH WIN 7 32 BITS

Hello

I would like to know how to install the LAME CODEC for MP3 CONFIG. IN 
Wintest..

Here is what I did.

A- I downloaded the codec LAME ACM-3.99.5

B- I extracted the zip file in C:/LAME

C- I ran the command (AS ADMIN)

cd %windir%\SysWOW64

4.       rundll32 setupapi.dll,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 0 
C:\lame\LameACM.inf

I THINK THIS COMMAND IS NOT GOOD...My system is not 64 bits.

Anybody can point me to the right command
