exactltly it has been done...  -> CI-V hung!

installed wt 4.34 -> just that moment it works .
Any changes ? or fighting with  Windows-Defender ?

At least it seemed to be a communication problem microHam-device router 
9.3.4 and wt4.33/wt434dev ...wt4.31 was o.k. and other versions not tested.

And btw. the (european) IC7400 ist also named  (US/NA) IC746PRO
