You will need to configure a "Control" port in microHAM USB Device
Router and configure Win-Test to use the same virtual serial port to
send the necessary commands to control the DVK using that port.

I recommend using the Win-Test DVK with "Line MK III" as the output
device and "Microphone MKIII" for recording instead of using the
Router DVK as *any* logger DVK is more closely coupled to the logger
code than the microHAM DVK (which should only be used when the logger
does not provide its own DVK).
