[WT-support] How do I post a spot to the Bandmap without willing it clearing another spot on the same frequency

Thanks Larry. 

As for the “send spot to bandmap doesn’t clear the existing spot(s) within in the tolerance bandwidth, is that the expected behaviour? Even when bandwidth is set to 0 is could still wipe the existing spot on frequency.
