[WT-support] IC7610 changing bands at radio

Set CI-V Transceive ON in the radio (or run the CIVON script)

Make sure "Use CI-V Transceive" and "Don't Poll" are both checked at the
bottom of the Win-Test Interface Configuration dialog.

If you type a callsign or log a QSO, the band should be correct when logged.
