[WT-support] sending spots from logging program

Are you pressing Alt-F3 to post the spot?

Is there a Win-Test script or a key reassignment to Alt-F3?  Check Tools |
Scripts Manager and Tools | Redefine keyboard keys ...

Also, depending on the DX cluster software running at the server, set
Options | DXCluster | DX Cluster Windows Shortcuts | Syntax to match (AR
Cluster or DX Spider).
