[WT-support] sending spots from logging program

[Rick Dougherty NQ4I]

For some strange reason, I can no longer send spots from the logging
program...from dx telnet they got out just fine...but not the logging
program..I have checked and rechecked ...and I am a long time user of
WT....default network settings are rechecked also..any one have an idea?
