[WT-support] Registered Users Only download

I had to reinstall software to a new SSD.  I downloaded the registered
users only 4.28 version with my Username and download password.  When I
install the full version and go to Help>Register software, the Computer
code and Registration key are correct.  I click OK then shut the program
down to restart it.  When I restart it says it is still Trial
(demonstration) Version.

Does anyone have any idea what I am doing incorrect?
