[WT-support] Plan to support Flexradio´s Spot feature ?

Win-Test (actually wtDxTelnet) already broadcasts spots on port 9871.  It
should be possible for Flex's software to read and parse these UDP
broadcast packets and put them on the waterfall as they already do for
N1MM's broadcast packets.

Please ask the Flex developers to support Win-Test's UDP broadcasts too.

Asking Win-Test development to start using an N1MM broadcast format may be
asking too much.
