[WT-support] JAKARTA RTTY CONTEST

Miguel,

the SP-DX-RTTY contest can be used. It generates the same Cabrillo 
layout, and received serial numbers can be entered by clicking the mouse 
in the RTTY RX window. After the contest the header should be changed to 
the specifications shown by the Jakarta RTTY website.

The calculated points will not be correct during the contest.
