[WT-support] Restoring a wintest log from the .wt4 backup file

Using the back up feature in Win-test, it will produce a file (name of the contest and wt4.bak). For example, backing up 17CQWWCW will produce 17CQWWCW.wt4.bak. Make a another copy of this file ( just to be safe) and then change the name of the original file by deleting the bak portion of the file. It will then become a workable WT file. If you do not delete delete bak, it will not open the file in Win-test.
There have been discussions in the past how to do this, but I never clearly understood how to do this until F6BEE instructed me how to do it.
