Yes, use OmniRig to control the radio instead of Win-Test, and change the
"Digital" modes in the .ini file for your transceiver to select USB or LSB
instead of FSK.

A radio's voice memory is *never* sent by Win-Test itself, only by my
custom LUA scripts assigned to the function keys.  Remove those key
assignments and Win-Test will send CW / RTTY / SSB messages according to
the selected mode, using its internal CW keyer, MMTTY, or the internal
sound card voice keyer.
