[WT-support] LZ contest

It seems Win-Test does not support the use of uses HF.DTB or any other .DTB
file to prefill exchanges for the LZ DX Contest.

If you find or create a text file of exchanges, format it one callsign per
line, and rename it to end with ".xdt" instead of ".txt" (e.g. name the
file LZDX.xdt), then copy the .XDT file to the Win-Test /extras directory
(File | Explore | /extras directory).  Press Alt+X to display the "Extra
Info" window.  Right click and add the LZDX.xdt file.  The window will
display the callsign data when you type a matching callsign in the logging
window, but it will not prefill the data into the logging window.
