Use the second Icom virtual serial port with MMTTY, not the first virtual
Icom serial port that is used by Win-Test for rig control. MMTTY and
Win-Test can use the same USB cable for both rig control and FSK keying,
but they cannot use the same virtual serial port.

See page 80 of IC-7610 manual. Set:

USB Keying (RTTY) to USB1 (B) DTR
USB Send to USB1 (B) RTS

Install EXTFSK. In the MMTTY Setup menu, set the COM port to EXTFSK and
close the setup window. This will open a new window where you must select
the second virtual COM of the IC-7610. Select FSK via DTR, PTT via RTS.

Finally, in the Misc tab, set the Tx Port to COM+TxD FSK and select option
C, Limiting Speed, as shown here:

http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/RTTY

FYI, you can also set USB Keying (CW) to USB1 (A) DTR, then Win-Test can
key CW through the rig control serial port too.
