I have a kx3 and WT .I am trying to make wt to talk to the kx3 at 19200b....It is not working at all... What am I missing....Even at 38400b wt is not working..... Would appreciate help./... My kx3 must be at 19200b because of band decoder .... Help please....... Thanks again Noel
