[WT-support] For RDXC, were there any changes to Russian Oblasts in last three years?

For the Russian DX Contest (RDXC) this weekend, are any updates needed to
the Oblasts country and equivalence files?

http://download.win-test.com/files/country/CTY_OBL.DAT was last updated
three years ago.

http://download.win-test.com/files/equivalence/OBLASTS.DAT was last updated
six years ago.

Are there any volunteers more familiar with this info. who can compare
these old files to:

http://www.rdxc.org/asp/pages/regions.asp?ORDER=1

and let us know if updates are needed?
