[WT-support] FT857D band map clicks

Hi All,

Just setting up the 2R for the IARU and found a kinda weird 2R bandmap
behavior.

When I click on a spot of the secondary bandmap WT sends it to the
secondary radio and the 2R window correctly but WT sets the TRX mode to LSB
OR USB instead of CW.
The most odd part is that not all the spot clicks changes the radio to USB
only part of them.

I checked the bandplan but CW has only range on this part of the band.
Tried on other band and same happens.
Reviewed the 857D config there's no suspicious setting either.

Is this a bug a feature? :-)
...or I overseen something?
