Pretty sure the entry for K4XXA is a typo and intended to be K4XAA.

K4XXA does not exist (http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/searchLicense.jsp), and I'm in NA-058.

Anyone can download the Win-Test .dtb version here:

Open iota.zip and copy iota2018.xdt to the Win-Test /extras directory, and iota.dtb to the Win-Test /databases directory (you can locate these directories by using File | Explore in the Win-Test menu).

 

Start Win-Test and open an IOTA contest file.  Right click on the Check Partial window and select "Used files...".  You should see iota.dtb listed and a current file date.

 

(Optional) Press Alt-X to view the Extra Data Window, right click and add iota2018.xdt.

 

Test:  Enter a callsign like TM5F and you will see the IOTA pre-fill set to EU095.

 

See also the instructions in the Readme_IOTA.txt file to ensure you have IOTA.DAT and CTY_IOTA.DAT (which may need an update since they haven't changed since 2015).

 

I expect the iota.zip file linked above to have several more updates before the contest starts in one week, so keep checking.  I may not make an announcement here every time the file is updated.
