[WT-support] More updates to HQ pre-fill for both WRTC competitors and IARU Contest participants

If you type 9M2A in your IARU / WRTC contest logging program, and it
doesn't prefill MARTS as the exchange, your HQ database is now out of date.

The latest update to the IARU / WRTC HQ pre-fill file for the most popular
contest loggers is available at

This link downloads a Zip file.  Installation and testing instructions are
in the Readme.txt file inside the Zip.  The N1MM+ file should now (finally)
work with both the IARU and WRTC versions.

This update includes several updated callsigns.  Please make sure that your
home country HQ station is properly listed.  If not, please provide the
correct information to OZ0J at the email address below.

VE2FK is also maintaining his own version for N1MM+, named iaru.txt at
