[WT-support] HamCap crash

Thanks Larry for the quick response.

I use Win10 home, WT 4.24.0 running the app without admin rights.
It used to work flawlessly with 1.9 and crashes with 1.91 10 out of 10 
cases regardless
if I try to reach the feature with CTRL+P or right click on bandmap, etc.
Haven't changed anything else on the config only installed HP printer 
drivers no touch with .NET framework.

Is there error log I can export for troubleshooting?
