Kindly ask to update the win-test with new rules:

NEWS 2018: QSO Points: 1 (one) point per QSO.
Unchanged: Multipliers: All CQWW countries count 1 (one) multiplier. The
same multiplier can be counted once for band.
Unchanged: Final Score: The sum of QSO Points from all bands multiplied by
the sum of multipliers from all bands.
