[WT-support] Trouble configuring WT

I have a new rig to set up along with an existing copy of WT on W10, v4.24,
for the ARRL DX CW. The new file could be created but I cannot control my
WinKey using the keyboard.

I did see this error message: DLPORTIO.SYS device driver not loaded. Port
I/O will have no effect.

I tried to reinstall the software to v4 but the site will not accept my call
sign and existing password. Perhaps the password changed.
