[WT-support] Editest to wintest?

Bonsoir.
J'ai retrouvé des vieux fichiers contest EDITEST avec l'extension LOG, 
ASC, BIN ou encore EXP. Ils datent tous de 2002/2003.
L'objectif est de les intégrer à mon carnet de trafic LOG4OM qui ne 
prend que l'ADIF.
J'ai espéré que wintest ait une option de conversion, mais à priori NON.
J'ai trouvé sur le net des utilitaires de conversion, mais ils doivent 
dater et ne s'exécute pas sous w10.
J'ai vu que le fichier EXP était séparé par des points virgules 
semblable à CSV.
Qui aurait une idée pour convertir ces fichiers en ADIF???
