[WT-support] error when trying to purchase

Hi all,

I tried to purchase the upgrade from V3 to V4, and received the "Invalid 
Purchase" error. I then tried to purchase the full V4 version, and got 
the same error.

I know I'm entering the correct Customer Number, and I'm pretty sure 
about my email address (my records show I used the address I'm using to 
send this email for my last WT purchase).

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
