[WT-support] Inconsistent Data page on Win-Test Website

Bob, I’m trying to help Marty, N6VI, get his own copy of Win-Test on his laptop.  I have the laptop here at my QTH.  On the laptop I found a trial version of 3.25 and a partial version of 4.9 (data files mostly, no executables).
So I went to the Win-Test website and tried to purchase a new copy of V4 using Marty’s callsign and email and I keep getting the “inconsistent data” page.
Please advise.  73,
