[WT-support] Win-test and WSJT-X v1.8.0-rc2

Win-Test is not a general purpose logging program, so automatically loading
QSOs from WSJT-X into Win-Test is not supported.

It's possible to convert the ADIF files exported by WSJT-X into "fake" CQ
WW Cabrillo files, then those files can be imported into Win-Test, but it's
not automatic and it requires third-party software and manual effort.
